Ben Collins joins Bluecherry

We are excited to announce Ben Collins has joined our development team. Ben previously worked for Canonical as the Ubuntu kernel maintainer and before that he was the Debian Project Leader between 2001-2002.

Ben’s responsibilities will be doing some maintenance on the driver, adding support for DKMS (This should eliminate any upgrade problems when new kernels are released) and package management for version 1. This will be a continuation of the work that Ben (Winslow) has done in the past couple months.

His long term role will be a complete rewrite of the back end for the server software specifically focusing on version 2. You may not see him on the forums very much but rest assured he will be working diligently on improvements and getting those feature requests added into version 2.
