We’ve made the installation and upgrade process easy, occasionally customers would prefer we install the upgrade or initial server software on their existing systems.  This is especially useful for customers with older Debian / Ubuntu releases or customers who don’t want to risk losing data during a failed upgrade or need extra help on setting up certain services on their server.

This one off installation service covers the following:

  • Installation or upgrade of Version 3 software
  • Configuring external storage devices (SMB / NFS), mounting and adding the storage into the Bluecherry software
  • Network configuration where the customer may need a static IP address set on their server or when the customer is using multiple ethernet ports
  • Configuring SMTP (outgoing email notifications)
