This release adds support for email notification when an IP camera goes offline (connection is lost, camera offline, etc). This release fixes an issue with snapshots if the motion event was only a second or two. This release also fixes some database

This release fixes an issue for customers that had special characters in their mysql passwords (%, &, !, etc) where the upgrade would fail. This release also updates some Axis IP cameras paths and updates some (aging) IP manufacturer templates.
