Important notes about this release:

Please make sure all motion maps are correct once you install 2.8.  Previously motion mapping was invalid in some configurations causing false positives or no motion detection at all.  In order to resolve the motion map is reset to default when invalid size is
detected. Also the motion map is reset to default after switching PAL/NTSC on solo6x10 cards, because different motion map sizes are required for each signal type.

The following list of changes for the 2.8 release:

* Improved experimental motion detection algorithm
* Changed set of frame downscale factors for motion detection to
(0.125 0.25 0.5 1.0)
* Fixed invalid sizing of motion thresholds map for IP cameras, solo6x10
and tw5864 devices. Motion map is reset to default when invalid size is
detected. This reset happens on package upgrade. Also motion map is reset to default after switching PAL/NTSC on solo6x10 cards, because different motion map sizes are required for each signal type
* Fixed inversed “Default”/”Experimenta” motion detection algorithm switch in web UI
* Fixed NTSC/PAL switch in web UI
* Fixed issue causing port on solo6x10 going offline after changing
resolution or FPS
* Driver name for capture card is now displayed in web UI
* Fixed capture card detection in case when both solo6x10 and tw5864 devices
are present in the same system
* Fixed service startup issue at boot on Ubuntu 16.04LTS Xenial
* Replaced “solo” with “hwcard” in log messages and web UI where “tw5864”
also could be implied
* Added support for 6110 based Softlogic cards
